For over a decade, I’ve led complex programs across energy, healthcare, and technology, where structure, foresight, and flawless execution were never optional.

But North Star Travel wasn’t born in a boardroom. It started much earlier, with my dad. He was a travel planner who created some of my most meaningful trips in between life’s busiest seasons—college exams, high-stakes project go-lives, all the way through the beautiful chaos of my motherhood journey.

Italy. Alaska. India. Sequoia. Somehow, he always found the window.

Today, I work with a select group of clients to do exactly what my dad did — map the year ahead and make sure the trips that matter most actually happen.
